Diet? What is a diet? Kidding. I just eat what I want, nothing special. As for working out, I have a treadmill at home, so I use that, lift some weights, use my stability ball. Nothing exciting. I am going to try my hand at the whole C25K thing and possibly 30DS. We shall see. Man. My workout fails in comparison of you two!

I use all sorts of sites. Whole foods, all recipes, spark, weight watchers. The food network has some good ones. Kraft is another good site. Hope this helps!

According to the website, alterations are available, and is based on the complexity and difficultly of each task, so you would have to see a specialist. But, you do a get a free consultation. Then after you get the consult, you can shop around and find the best deal if DB is too expensive. Hope this helps!
