Mmmm disagree here, nothing like a nice pair of tight Wranglers & cowboy hat.

Throw a pork shoulder in the crockpot with a bottle of bbq sauce & cook on low 6-7 hrs & then shred. You have shredded pork for sandwiches, tortillos, etc. You can do the same thing with boneless chicken.

I find the elliptical much harder than the treadmill, but enjoy it more. My thighs are screaming only after 10 minutes on an elliptical where I can walk on the treadmill much easier for a longer time period

My older sister told me that brown cows gave chocolate milk. She's my older sister, I believed her till I was pretty old, probably high school.

I'm not a veggie eater so this is how I get some veggies without gagging them down. I just blend fruits, spinach or kale, protein powder & water to my consistency. The water instead of milk or yogurt helps keep the calories down.

There really is people like this. My daughter-in-law has complained to my son that we talk to much, once a week, and she would like us to back it down. She does not have a relationship with any of her family and she has a hard time understanding a family that actually likes each other.
