I had a gazelle years ago & I loved it. It actually got rid of the saddle bags I had and that made me so excited. As mentioned above lean forward, backwards and do it sideways.

Do not open a door for me because I am female! If you are in front of a person, male, female, elderly whoever and hold the door, that is being polite. Holding a door for someone because they are female is NOT.

Saurkraut is extremely easy to make with a head of cabbage. Just cabbage and salt. I personally don't like it, but my family thinks it is fabulous.

I want to try this. For the Brussels....cut a small X in the bottom of the stem and remove the first set of leaves. Drop them in boiling salted water for 2-3 mins then remove them. Slice them each in half, then roast in the oven with a bit of coconut or olive oil, some kosher salt, and some herbs sprinkled over. Cook them…
