underestimate

I get brain fog too...my hubby gets mad at me sometimes for not remembering something (ex pay a bill on a certain date)...

hard to lose weight, lack of motivation ( sometimes), fatigue (also sometimes)....I'm moody (I blame it on my hormones)

Why can't we add another hour to the day?

my dr. has told me to take my meds as I normally do....If I'm suppose to be fastening, then no food...but I usually ask if I hould be fastening because I think it also depends on the blood work

I'm starting the program tomorrow...planning to do it about 3-4 times a week along with other workouts...I've started it before, but never finished it completed...it's a good workout...I do recommend it to all..don't matter what weight...

I was gonna mention this, but u wanted something other than a gym membership. Most of the gyms have daycare...this will also benefit your child because he'll be able to interact with other kids and move around and play

a new workout outfit new sneakers to workout in or a make over...not that u need one....just throwing ideas out a day at the spa

when shopping for milk, i always get the one farthest to the back I'm so scared of bugs (any kinds), rolly pollys included, and some reptiles (but I can hold a baby snake) when grocery shopping...I always shop for fruit first. I can be on the computer for hour ( like now) knowing that i have a million other things to do

Jillian Michaels is inexpensive. Good workout and short too! But anybody workout from beachbody (preferably Insanity) is awesome...and little pricey, but worth it!
