what does pcos stand for? cause I was diagnosed with poly ovarian syndrome...I'm also isulin resistance and have hypothyriodism....I'm taking Chlomid for POS, metformin for insulin and synthriod for thyriod...

Just finished D2L1...I am starting to feel it on my calves...so had to stretch those out too!! I'm doing Insanity Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs later with hubby. He also wants to do some legs ups after...I better see results soon...I'm working my butt off!

I also find myself more hungry than ever! Last night I woke up at 12:30am and was hungry...so I ate a handful of walnuts...Should I adjust my #'s so I can eat more thru out the day?

I'm from CA...I started today....I've been doing insanity for 3 weeks now, so I thought it was gonna be an easy workout....Guess not! She would keep me moving...I had to stop a couple of times with the weights...But I'm determined to stick to it! I'm taking my measurements right now and will again every 10 days!

I'm on Synthriod and Metformin and I seem to be doing fine. When I wasn't on Synthyriod and just found out that my thyriod didn't produce enough hormone and my body was producing too much insulin, that was when I was gainning. If you google it, you can find it there...it's a healty shake that has all these veggies and one shot of wheat grass...kinda nasty...but if you mis it with fruits too and almond milk...it's also on the procy side!...

I have a protein shake for breakfast everyday....Elite Whey Protein...I add a banana and oatmeal...and that's my breakfast ...keeps me full for about 3 hours. Perfect timing for my snack!
