if you are stalled on losing weight, either exercise more and/or eat less. if you are hungry all the time makes sure you add fiber to your diet (fiber makes you full) and drink more water.

I completely agree with this. I, personally, only record exercises that are specifically done for health improvement and strength. Sex is something else, so I wouldn't even count that toward my calories burned.

i don't drink any alcohol when i'm trying to accomplish a weight goal. it sets me way back.

you can buy low carb wraps rather than bread and that should help cut down calories for sandwiches (wraps)

what were you eating before you decided to diet? you can add one of those things in to get your calories up. or increase your portions of what you are eating right now. are you eating every meal or are you skipping meals?

you can lose weight just eating twinkies, but it isn't healthy (despite the weight loss) because you are depriving yourself of important vitamins and nutrients that you get through a balanced diet.

your body weight can actually fluctuate somewhat during a given week, so it is best (in my opinion) to weigh yourself once a week under the same conditions. i personally weigh myself monday mornings right after i wake up, naked, after i've peed and before i drink or eat anything.

everyone should strive to be 5'3" by June. I don't want to hear anyone complaining or quitting. get to it.

eat foods high in fiber throughout the day also. that should help with any hunger problems toward the end of the day.

I actually overtrack what I eat and undertrack what I burn in the gym and I find myself pleasantly surprised by the end results (which is more weight loss than anticipated).
