I'm no expect but I think if this happens once in a while you should be fine. Since you are up and active you will be burning some calories but I think it would be at a slower rate than during the day.

I love plantain chips too! Are you sure it has no sugar? Cos I know plantains have sugar in them. Natural ones of course.

I went through a phase where I ate a lot. No matter how hard I tried I just couldn't stop. so I bought more fruits and veggies and less processed foods. so even when i'd ate a lot I didn't go too far from my daily target. try that and see if it helps.

lol.. I know what you mean. when I first got it I did it on and off for a couple of days cos everything hurt. but thn I picked it up again last week and l'm loving it. I actually look forward to doing it everyday now.

are they roommates or family? explain to them that you are trying to eat healthier meals and that it is very expensive. I have decided to upgrade!!! However I can't figure out which one to get.I looked on amazon and I see so many different types with fat analyzer and some other stuff. :noway: Any suggestions?

I usually have a little bit of water in the pan ( probably the amount you would use to fry an egg) and a few spices, cover it and leave it on medium heat. Usually the chicken has enough water in it but i check occassionally and add a little more if it runs out.

She eats... I spent all day with her on Friday and she ate about the same as I did. Maybe my eating habits rubbed off on her that day :bigsmile: . she is a little too active though... always running around doing something. Kinda reminds me of my 2 year od niece.

hiya.. a friend of mine is trying to gain healthy weight. She is 116lbs and 5ft7inches which is underweight. Are there people here trying to gain weight as well? Is this a good site for her? I figured she could keep track of her calories here.

brushing my teeth doesn't really help :ohwell: I drink a lot of herbal tea. Most of them don't taste great with anything else..lol... i blame my late night snacking on all those food commercials on tv. Have you noticed how many there are? Even the "diet" ones display all the bad foods I can't have. AHHHHHH.
