I think she says we get up to 5mph, so i enter it as a brisk walk. I believe there is a 5mph option.

Buy an outfit about 2 sizes smaller and put it somewhere so you will see it everyday. Also, give yourself a task for instance I had a goal of running up the stairs of my apartment without losing my breath. Took me a while but when i finally did, it felt good!

I have started taking the direct route and (politely) asking people not to put such items (candy, cookies etc) near me. Here is one happy story.. my workout pants don't fit properly anymore. They are way too big now. Yay!! My weight hasn't changed much but my measurements have. Now I get to go shopping for new clothes.
