Don't worry you are not alone! Got up at 8am with my lil one and then we went back to bed at 1pm and slept till 4ish! lol This level gave me a swift kick in the butt, was so tired and sore. Congrats you finished today's even though you felt that way! I have not attempted it yet :)

Hi everyone  Just finished Lvl 2 D2! It was tough and great all wrapped into one. Some of the moves I modify others I can push through, but they are tough. My abs weren't really hurting this morning, but my shoulders, arms and gluts were sore. Darn those lunges and strength training moves lol. I don't know if anyone…

First day of lvl 2 done! I almost forgot how challenging it was the first few days in level 1 and today I was reminded by lvl 2! lol The ladies make the walking push ups look so easy! I really like the cardio in this level and am very excited to feel sore muscles again. I really can't believe I wrote that! But you know…

I've taken iron pill supplements that were over the counter at the pharmacy. Those worked well, but you sure couldn't take them on an empty stomach or before a meal. Only immediatly after a meal otherwise I would get a brutal stomache ache. When I found out I was pregnant my nurse practioner recommened that I try liquid…

lol I tried counting how many time she say's it and I think I lost count after 4 times lol  As for what it means..I think Jillian is the only one that knows lol! I sorta took it as don't fake it, don't make it easier on yourself, don't be a phoney? lol That's my best guess!

L1Day9 finished  I had a bad cramp in my left calf today, which I noticed after the first warm up of jumping jacks. I had to stop and massage it out and then all was bit better..tender but better :) Wow, level 1 is almost over and I was just getting used to it! lol :) BeckyJill, I'm in the same boat as you, still…

Lvl 1 Day 8 complete! Even though my shoulder and neck muscles were sore this morning. I blame it on Jillian's yoga meltdown..yikes some of those holds are tiring and intense. It made it hard to want to workout, but once I did my muscles felt so much better. I think I just needed to warm them up and stretch them out. On a…

Finished up Lvl 1 D6 today. I felt much stronger doing the cardio today, and I guess I was able to push myself more because my max hr was up :) Hope everyone is having a good work out day! :)
-
I tried to find some info online about this question :) I was wondering the same thing, because typically when you do strength training you rest the muscles for a day. From what i've read it's 30 consecutive days, however, if you feel you need a rest then by all means take a rest day. That is basically what everyone in…

I sent a friend request too! :)

I felt the exact same way! I was procrastinating the idea of working out and then suddenly the thought crossed my mind that everyone else on this thread was busting their butt getting the workout done! So I'm happy to say I finished Lvl 1 Day 5 today! :) And to everyone that is on day 5 like me, we're half way through…

I dropped 1lb. I fought for that pound that is for sure, with my TOM this week and retaining a lot of water. I think a lot of us are in the same boat, gaining, maintaining or only seeing 1-2lbs loss, but that's okay!! I think it's a process and next week we are going to see bigger numbers :) Don't be hard on yourself, your…

A 1lb loss for me this week, now at 219lbs.

I had a very similar situation happen to me recently :) I stayed away from everything that was deep fried and covered in sauce. I know that sounds like almost everything at a chinese buffet :( I was happy to see that the all you can eat that I went to had a really nice salad bar. I loaded most of my plate up with that. As…

Lvl 1 Day 4 done :) I've been wearing my HRM and noticed that today my max hr and avg hr was up! I think it was because I was able to get through the first cardio session (jumping jacks, jump rope, jumping jacks, jump rope) without stopping this time :) Huge success for today! Way to go everyone who did a Shred workout…

I love this group! I'm maintaining my weight as well :( I weighed myself this morning and havn't moved a pound!! :( Atleast there was no gain, but still. After working out so hard and following my food plan, I should see something. Thank goodness some of you were explaining why it's happening to most of us! :) Yay, not…

I wear a heart rate monitor so it tracks my calories burned up by 30 day shred. Then I go to "My Exercise" , click "Create exercise", put in my description, time and cals burned :) I realize everyone will be different but I burn about 220 cals doing the Shred lvl 1 :)

I started off doing evening workouts because I felt I had more energy than in the morning...Mornings i`m very sleepy and sluggish. I have started doing the mid-day, but idk if that is an option for you because you work full-time :) I would suggest when ever you have the most energy and time. Morning always seems ideal…
