Hang in there I was single for two years (after being in multiple bad/unhealthy relationships) before I met my husband. He is the love of my life and a GREAT guy!! It sort of helped being single and focusing on me for a period of time!! Good luck and remember not all guys are bad!!

I found out the same thing just a month ago now I am taking 2000 iu three times a day!! I have felt the fog finally clearing--Plus it is has a lot of anti-cancer benefits! I live in Maine not much sun here in the winter ;-)

I would like to know about this diet as well--I saw it on the Doctors but the book seemed kind of expensive so I didn't purchase it I wanted to wait until I heard if it works or not! So anyone out there want to tell me if it is worth the money?

I hear ya!! We got another 6-10 inches here in Maine yesterday! UGG I am so ready for SPRING-- You can't even see to get out of the driveway the snow banks are still so high!!! I wish I was going to Florida that sounds so good right about now!

I can't have any dairy except skim milk--I have just been eating a lot of protein and veggies--Brown rice is a good way to get some calories as well--I eat nuts almost every day and fruit as well--Good Luck

I am going to give this a try tomorrow- I am not supposed to have deli ham BUT I think a few pieces won't hurt too much--I just hope my husband likes it he isn't in to healthy eating!

Steel cut oats are a special type I can get them at the local health food store--I have to admit I haven't tried them yet but I want to soon!

You can find what you are looking for under reports button progress--Then you choose what you would like to look at--I am not sure if you can see everything at once but I know you can look at each one individually! Good Luck hope this helps

What is in it if it is so low in calories??? I am trying not to eat a lot of things that have words I can not pronounce in the ingredients but love PB!!

I hear you!! I have put on 60+ pounds since starting my teaching career--no time to exercise unless they can make a machine conducive to grading papers at the same time!!!! I also have a part time job (sad isn't it). Good luck on your journey!!

I tend to be more brave online than off--I have lots of things I would like to say but often don't have the courage face to face--If I am online I feel more freedom to be who I really am!! Sad but true!

Dave is the recipe exactly the same but with the addition of cottage cheese or are some of the other ingredients different--I am trying to find good low carb recipes! Also (and this may be a stupid question) is the oatmeal dry or cooked?? Thanks

Go with your heart rate calories! You can even put in your own workouts and how many calories you burn. That is what I do. Good Luck!

That is a good question--I feel the same way I have been working out for 1 month have lost inches but still weigh over 200 pounds with no weight loss I hope other people will give us some suggestions

Thanks for posting this! I feel the same way I have been exercising an hour 3-4 times a week and counting calories for at least a month!! No weight change--It is so frustrating I probably need to check my measurements maybe that will keep me going! I feel like I am changing but like you would like to see the scales going…

I use a heart rate monitor to add my wii fit calories (the new wii fit plus estimates calorie burn for you too a great feature) but really a heart rate monitor then you can add it in yourself
