It's tuesday again so I'm checking in! I had to restart over the weekend but I'm happy to say that I've been under my calories for the last two days. Also I haven't gotten on the scale since I started this challenge, but I feel like I am losing weight so I'm pretty happy about that! I hope that everyone else is doing well…

My goal is try and lose 8 pounds. I feel like I have been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds so I think this challenge will really help me. Also I'm one of those people who get on the scale everyday :blushing: but I'm going to challenge myself to only weigh myself once a week and then build myself up to 35 days. Good…
