  • You can absolutely tell a difference... congratulations to you and your husband for your life change! My husband still isn't interested in changing his eating & drinking habits so I'm a little jealous.. lol. Be very proud of how far you have come so far and best luck on your continuing journey!!
  • I never did yoga but have always been very flexible. I bought the Bob Harper Weight Loss Yoga and fell in love! It's nothing difficult but you get a good workout. It was all I did (mixed with power walking) when I first started my journey in January. I think as long as you do beginners workouts, you're ok doing yoga at…
  • My biggest disappointment so far was Morningstar Farms Veggie Hot Dogs. I LOVE Morningstar Farms foods. Cooked up one of their "hot dogs". First bite was ok, then this HORRIBLE after taste that would not go away. So I tried adding saurkraut and made it through. Thought maybe it was the whole wheat/grain hot dog bun. I…
  • I found this recipe three days ago and just finished making my second batch! I used regular applesauce & 2% milk because it's all I had. They're about 104 calories each and well worth it! I used 3 large bananas and they're so moist, they practically melt in your mouth. Thanks for posting this awesome recipe!!!
  • I guess I've grown used to my boobs that have gone from a DD/DDD to a G with losing weight (odd, but true) so I'd take being even a little taller. I'm 5'1 1/4" (the doctor tells me claim that last 1/4" - lol). I'd settle for 5'3" just so I didn't have to struggle so much with the length of all pants!
  • Keep up the great work!!! Congrats on your 50 lb loss!!
  • have a pink polar ft4 and love it, too! great prices on bodytronics :)
  • I'm with ya, too. Before when I weighed anywhere from 104-190, I was always a DD, only the band size changed. I'm only down 37 lbs and I just bought new bra's - 36G!!! I'm only 5'1" so I sure hope they don't get any fuller/bigger!
  • I use 2 thin sliced pieces of ham with my turkey, lots of lettuce, onion & tomato. I've tried it even with an egg white for something completely different.
  • What an incredible story! I'm so happy for you, what a great family you have! You look amazing and are a great inspiration. Continued success in everything you do!
  • Hi... I've been fighting that "slide" myself - started having pain in my hip about three weeks ago and was frustrated. This past week was REALLY bad as I tried to exercise and couldn't give it 100%. So I drank beer and ate pizza (Im talking pizza with extra cheese, sausage, pepperoni, onion & green pepper - 4 big slices…
  • Customer Service/Software Development (minimal)/Tech Support so I sit most of my day, other than walking around the office to use the bathroom, chit chat or pick up stuff at the printer. Usually start between 5:45 - 6:45 everyday, leave at 3:45 regardless. I work for a company that provides a procedure maintenance package…
  • Every morning about 30 minutes after I get up, go to the bathroom & take a shower - and wearing only undies. I have two scales, one digital. I record both everyday in my "exercise notes" just to keep myself in line!
  • HI... Just bought my first 38G and 36G regular bra's and was soo excited, but I bought the 40DD Moving Comfort Maia II bra for $45 and I absolutely love it. The girls stay in place when jogging, doing 30DS, and zumba. It has a great band at the bottom that my HRM chest strap stays under nicely, too.

  • I am also having a problem with that 170/169. I made it to 169 going on two weeks ago and already sick of seeing it! Now medical conditions have limited my exercising and fearful I'll be stuck here or start gaining. Do you have your BMR/TDEE numbers figured out so that you know you're eating the right amount of calories?
  • Amazing story... congrats on all your hard work. Definitely inspiring!
  • Wow - What a great job, you look great!! CONGRATS!
  • Moving Comfort Maia is what I have and I love. I looked at the websites and then ended up buying a brand new one on ebay for $40. I could literally wear it 24/7 it is so comfortable and it supports the girls very, very well!
  • My husband is 6'1 and 220; I am 5'1 and right now 169. My peak weight was 206 and I was freaking as my husband would periodically say I weighed more than him. I was 140 when he met me in 2004; I went to 127 in 2007. Then I quit smoking, followed by quit drinking, a lot of life troubles, medical stuff and wound up a big…
  • Wow - you look fantastic! Congrats on your success!!!
  • Well... I usually get up early, like 5:00 am at the latest on work days M-F, 6:30 on the weekends. Last night I went to bed at 10 and woke up at 3 am. Tossed & turned until 3:45, got up, got dressed, grabbed my Ipod shuffle and went jogging until 4:45! I was a little worried about being out when it's still dark and no cars…
  • I joined Curves so that I could take the Zumba classes since they're the only local classes around. I LOVE it - they have it three times a week. The only thing I don't like is they are only 30 minute classes. One thing I do know is that Curves itself doesn't do much - working very hard (I've had people comment), the most…
  • Wonder if you could put the wine cubes in seltzer water...
  • Hi.. I'm 5'1", currently 169. I have my calories upped to 1600 for about two weeks and have been losing quickly after fluctuating at 172-173 for about 3 weeks. I eat peanuts, organic snack bars or fiber bars and use whole grain/multi grain products which gives you healthy calories. I'm also eating pretty normal (as in not…
  • So should use my McDonald's Angus Burger coupon today at lunch - buy one get one free... anyone want the other one? LOL!!! Sad thing is, I wouldn't dare go near that good old juicy burger these days. It would make me sick! The only burger I eat is a regular one at Five Guys with nothing on it, but I'd rather have a veggie…
  • So proud of you and wishing you continued success. My husband is an alcoholic (high functioning), and my prayers each day are that he decides to take a different path. All the best to you on your journey and huge congratulations on what you have accomplished!
  • Are you using weights at all? it's made a huge difference for me...I was into 3X tops, size 16 pants. I'm now wearing XL, some L tops and my 12 jeans are getting loose. When I weighed this much before, I was still into 14's and 1X, 2X tops. Doing yoga dvds, going to zumba, doing jillian michaels dvds have completely…
  • I upped my calories by 300/day after not losing for 3 weeks and I'm losing again...
