100 cal klondikes or skinny cow ice cream treats work for me - sometimes even a half to satisfy my craving. they'e only 110-140 cals, though.

I am on day 5 of level 2 and I love it. Haven't done measuring or pictures, but my size 12 jeans I just bought are already loose. I started No More Trouble Zones last night & it was awesome! I'm only doing the 30DS 4 days a week though. I have zumba 2 or 3 days, /walking/jogging every Sunday and usually take one day off.

I wear my HRM doing 30 day shred and log it as cardio so I can track my calories. It doesn't come out to the same calories each time, but close. I adjust the minutes to reflect the most accurate calories my HRM shows I burned.

YES! You can definitely see a difference! Yeah!! Today will be my Day 3 of level 2 of 30DS... The only measurement I took was in my waist and it was 2" less after 7 days of Level 1. Thanks for posting the pics - I haven't even taken any :( Continued success to you!

I wouldn't be too concerned about that message that "they were under X amount of calories". I sometimes hit the "completed for the day" during the day - before I'm actually done - just to see what it says.
