  • I think that people should 'cater for' their friends feelings, i'm not saying look around and make sure theres no-one in ear shot bigger than you.
  • If any of my thinner friends complain about being fat i just say 'I'm bigger than you so if you're fat what does that make me?' it soon shuts them up. My twin sister,she's a uk size 6 and refuses to buy anything in a size 8 (if the shop has a size 4 she wont buy a size 6 and complains she if cant fit in the 4)

  • A 25ml measure of vodka with diet coke is roughly 50 calories as is 25ml gin with slimline tonic. I find if I have a glass of wine before any spirit I get drunk very quickly so if you want to get hammered on as little cals as possible I'd say have 1 glass of wine then a few vodkas or gins.(Drink responsibly lol)
  • Worst date ever was a double date. My then boyfriend and I went out with a couple we worked with. We all had a few drinks and a good laugh until the other couple revealed a little too much about their (lack of) sex life and they ended up falling out with each other because of it.   • I've never planned a game in advance,its just happened so I just wear on the clothes I already have on! Last game I played I was the last one with any clothes on though!

  • I have measuring cups (for baking) so I use those to check foods,having to convert cups to grams/oz etc is a bit of a headache.
  • I add everything, having to log what I eat stops me picking at food at work and snacking late at night (as soon as I've had my evening cup of tea I complete my days entry and this stops me eating anything else)

  • Waitress/receptionist/barmaid in a small hotel and I work in a small cafe,cooking + waitressing and baking cakes! Both mean I'm on my feet all the time but there's also a lot of food around!

  • I usually use Clubland Workout as it has different sections (aerobics,dance,combat and toning) as well as a warm up and cool down section so can customise your workout. However I have just ordered Fame workout and Gimme Gimme Gimme a great workout (dance dvd based on abba songs) I'm really excited to try them both!
