You can roast them! Or what I do.. Open a can - drain the liquid. Place in a container. Drizzle olive oil and white vinegar (or even balsamic). Dice up a green onion. Spice how you like it.. I just sprinkle a bit of pepper and salt.... BEST is to let it sit over night in the fridge.. amazing! YUM!

Mushroom Pot Roast 1 roast (I use a blade cut...) 1 pkg low sodium onion soup mix 1 can low sodium mushroom soup. 1. Pour soup all over the roast, sprinkle onion soup mix on top. On low for 8 hours. 2. Use the drippings to make gravy (pour in small pot, boil, add a bit of corn starch to thicken - DONE!). :flowerforyou:
