I have really long naturally curly hair too, but it's oily so washing is a must for me. I use an organic shampoo (Aubrey Organics) so it doesn't have any chemicals and then condition it well.

I'm looking for an app or website that plays music based on the BPM (beats per minute) so my playlist would maintain the same energy level throughout. I hate yogurt, it usually makes me gag. I found I can tolerate Fage greek yogurt because it doesn't taste like yogurt. It's a little thicker and doesn't have that yogurt "tang". I always eat mine with honey and sometimes with a banana cut up in it. One other one is the Chobani Flips, those are more on the dessert side…
