I find the same. Usually I feel disgusting and have to convince myself to work out, but if I start walking I've noticed I don't have such bad cramps.

I won't lie -- I tried the "cabbage soup diet." The true secret behind this is that after about the third day the smell alone nauseates you and you lose all appetite. ;)

For someone with gluten allergies or Celiac disease this may not be the case. Even some grains that are normally gluten-free can be processed with other ingredients that may cause a flare-up.

I've had similar experiences with my husband. I personally won't go there but I have nothing against it. I suppose the two main questions are: 1. How old are the kids? 2. How often do you take the kids to other restaurants where the female guests are wearing even less than the Hooters uniform?
