It absolutely is exercise but i wouldnt log it either. If i did, i would use half the time at the slowest speed.

Nope. If it were me, i wouldnt consider surgery until i knew that i had tried my very hardest doing it on my own. You said you have not. I started at a 46 BMI and now i'm at 25. You can do this.

No. Once im in maintenance i wont be counting exact cals. Im sure i will by eyeballing it because thats just been my life for 2 years now. I think i've got the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle now. If i find the scale creeping up a few pounds I will start counting again.

Loved your tips Sue! And its a refreshing post from the "Eat whatever you want, it's only one day" posts. I dont think either opinion is "wrong". Do whatever will work for you. Totally agree. I know that i have quite a bit of muscle and weigh more than most people think. I wear a size 6 and am 150 lbs. I think anything lower than 140 may start causing loss of muscle for me. I dont have pictures but i know what you mean. Mine still hangs a little bit but has shrunk A LOT from when i first started. I have seen how much its shrunk so i have hope that it will be gone one day. Or at least almost gone. Just keep on lowering body fat and eventually it will get better.

Awesome difference! FWIW, I dont consider 3 lbs a month slow either. I'm lucky if i lose 2 a month. I'll take your 3 LOL! But yes, thanks for the pics, i never realized how different 10 lbs could look!

Me! Sorry, just realized you asked for pics so here are 2. First at 277 lbs, the second at 150. No shakes or pills. Just calorie counting and moving more.

I did. I lost 60 exactly in 6 months. But i also started at 277 lbs. The next 60 took almost a year. Depends where you're starting at. If you only have 60 to lose you probably wont be able to do it (healthy anyways).

I rely a lot on Avocado, beans, nuts and green veggies.

I'm 5'5 and started at 277. Im now 150. Honestly i do not have much skin at all. I have been very lucky. I have a little on my upper inner thighs, thats it so far. It's all about genetics but the loose skin is better than the fat any day!

I hear ya girl. Started at 277. Anything in the 1's was good enough to make me happy. I'm now 150 and am anxious to get to goal at about 140 but i'm just happy as can be where i'm at so if it takes another year thats fine by me!
