Biggest Loser Yoga dvd......................did yoga once a few years ago never liked it but love this dvd.................check to your local liberary for a copy to see how you like it before buying it

I also have knee issues. Physical Therapist tells me no treadmill to use cycling or elliptical for cardio, with knee brace.But have a professional exam your knees and see what their recommendations are for you...Way to go from couch to exercise:drinker:

Love Lesile, I'm now on the 5 mile.........................go at your own pace, even if you have to pause or stop the disc just keep at it..before you know 45 minutes will fly by and adding another mile to your walk....
