when i started i was wearing a loose 24 shorts and now i'm in 20 pants and on the verg of 20 jeans. i did fit pretty ok in 20 jeans a month ago that's why i had to restart my ticker to get back into them it was such a rush!! :happy: :happy:

hi, i do reach goals for myself on different levels with the scale but small terms i gave myself a point systemthat goes like this if i drink 8 glasses of water i get 5pts. every glass over 8 1pt for each glass stay under daily cals 1pt do not use workout cals 5pts if i do my workout for the day 2pts if i workout 5days for…

as long as you stick with your cal. amount it should be all good. i have my 3 meals with a morning snack and if i have cals left and am hungry i'll have an evening snack.

for disney trip i'm waiting for the kids to get older for this, plus i told my husband when i get to the level of a half marathon i'm going to do the princess half marathon @ disney world we all can go then and make it a family trip!!! :bigsmile:
