Horse riding is one of the reasons I'm on here. I was an avid rider for about 14 years, but I gained a TON of weight, lost my confidence and stopped completely. I plan to get back in the saddle when I reach my goal weight. I can't wait, I miss it so much.

I hate Blackberry so much. My bf has one for work and it's horrible. I love my iPhone, probably a little too much. I used to be an Android girl but I caved and admitted iPhones are better.

If I ate back my BMR I'd be eating 1,967 cals a day...seems way too much :\

My Mum had GLASS in her christmas pudding. It cut her tongue to ribbons and nearly broke her teeth, she was spitting blood for hours (sorry for the graphicness) I told her to sue.

I wasn't even aware any food was classed at 0 calories. I don't think I've ever seen that here in the UK.

I don't plan to bulk up in any way at all...I just want to do anything that will help with my weight loss. I also wouldn't mind some lean muscle mass!

I started at 259lbs and wore size 16/18. I'm 245 now and still the same size!

Tea with splenda. Diet sodas (can't help it...usually only one a day) green tea, low cal cocoa....I HATE WATER!

I've only ever dated men shorter than me. I'm surprised more people here haven't. Tall decent men are impossible to come by around here, so it seems.

Reading through this thread has been a big help to me! I'm 6ft, have lost 14 pounds and I'm feeling frustration that I can't see a single difference. Going to power ahead though and wait patiently.
