I received my fitbit through a work health program, (for free). I love it. It automatically syncs with my phone and I can see my stats on my phone. I like their website too, but I use MFP. Luckily, fitbit syncs with MFP as well. I would recommend one to anyone that would just like to keep track of what they do every day.…
