It's not the chocolate, it's the Peeps. I love Peeps, no matter what color. (although yellow is best) And I hate that they are now making Halloween and Christmas Peeps, Peeps are for Easter, people!!

I'm tracking it because I'm pre pre diabetic but it is annoying. Could not believe there was sugar in low sodium V-8 juice or in greek yogurt. Who knew? After my numbers are back down I think I will stop tracking again because it's the only number that is always over.

You may also want to do a search for the other threads on the 5:2 diet and there are also 2 groups that I know of in the group section. "The Fast Diet" book is now out in the US, the program in the UK last year on his findings started many people on the 5:2 path.

I do that exercise where you touch your fingers on the right hand to the toes on your left foot and then alternate. I think Jack Lalane used to do it on his show. (thats REALLLLLLY old) I keep thinking it will help whittle my waist but so far no luck - probably because I only remember to do it like once a week. :laugh:

Thanks for the link. I had two Joye 510's and lost them both :sad: but was not real happy with them because the vapor would make me choke. (I think it was 12mg) Then I tried one of the Njoy disposables which gave me a terrible headache. Back to the drawing board.
