I love their sparkling water. It's calorie free and comes in a bunch of flavors like Lime, Lemon, Raspberry Lime and Mandarin Orange. I like using it to mix half and half with fruit juice to cut calories or just buy itself. Since I'm gluten free I always pick up their gluten free gingersnaps, they are awesome.

What about selling your clothes that no longer fit on e-bay or trading them in at a consignment shop and use the money/store credit to buy something new? Maybe something that will help you toward your fittness goals. That way you aren't spending extra, just converting what you are no longer using into something more fun!

Hi everyone! I'm Claire and I'm gluten sensitive and have been GF for about 4 months. I have experienced a variety of stomach and skin problems and excessive fatigue, all of which have been improving since being GF. I'm still learning ,and constantly surprised at how many things have gluten in them!

I've found that increasing my calcium/magnesium/potasium consumption (in food or in a suplement) can really help, especially with cramps.
