Before I started this I never thought of any calories in half of the foods I ate even on a daily basis. When I started this I was so shocked to see just how many calories are in everything that I used to enjoy so much! Now that I'm calorie aware I just eat a little bit of my favorite things so I'm not over boarding myself…

My goal is to lose another 10 pounds in May. I've managed to lose ten pounds per month since I've started (Currently 20 pounds lighter) and I figured I might as well keep it up and maintain my 10 pounds a month weight lost until it starts getting more difficult to lose the weight. :)

Before I met my husband, he's been shaving his chest and back for years. It didn't bother me, but he refuses to have hair on his back and chest, so I've grown accustomed to it. Not complaining, but I would of liked to see him before he shaved cause that's what I normally dig is a little bit of chest hair.

I log everything, so I know where I stand. A good example was tonight. I thought I was going to go over like crazy, but, after I logged everything, I actually had alot left, even for a dessert! I like logging everything so I can keep track of my weekly net goal.

I've totally done it and I know alot of people have too. We all have good days and the occasional bad day. Most important thing is to keep focused and not quit. I totally understand the cravings during our wonderful time of the month, but don't sweat it! We have all been there at least once. :)

My step Dad makes a similar recipe of these and they are absolutely delicious. The main difference is he uses strawberry cream cheese. :) I looove stuffed jalapenos.

I use my Wii on occasion. I have a glider I work out on at home and a gym membership. I use the Wii Fit to weigh myself but really when I use the Wii it's to play Zumba 2. I love it!

Yes! It is quite annoying. My husband is bipolar and his medications literally destroy his libido all together. It's difficult to get him in "the mood" lol

My calorie intake right now is at 1420, and I'm always 300 or so under from them because I drink a good amount of water each day which works extremely well for me. My favorite on the go snack is Nature Valley's peanut butter bars. For two bars (1 package) is 190 calories, and with a glass of water, it's a delicious snack.
