Here's your answer. . . If you weigh 150 pounds, you would burn off approximately 125 calories if you laughed for 60 minutes. You'd be better off frowning and walking for 60 minutes which would burn off 360 calories. Of course, you have to walk 4.5 mph to burn the 360 calories.

NCAA Football 13 Occasionally, Mass Effect (original) or Gears of War (original). Have not beaten either of those as I play more sports titles then RPG-shooters. Do love the game, just know that if I sit down, I can kiss the rest of the day goodbye :sad:

I have been writing since I was 10. Started working on novels about 7 years ago, have 5 50k novels written and in rewrite mode, and have 5 novels that I am working on simultaneously right now, depending on what mood I am in.

Hey, I am in Insanity for the first time. . . well, truth be told, I have started and stopped the first two weeks three times due to various injuries and aches, but restarted week 2 again today...
