Doing it! Each time I use the elevator, I can get about 7-10 squats done!

It has taken me 6 years to lose 39 pounds! Yes, some of the slow weight loss has to do with my thyroid, but I'm just happy it has stayed off. Don't give up!!

I may have to read the book. I have a sweet tooth and love my carbs but I really need to get past this plateu that I've been on for a few weeks. Frustration sets in and that's when I want to "give up" on exercising.

You are moving and that's what counts!! I'm not a fast runner but feel so much better with myself. It will get easier the longer you do it. Keep up the good work!!!
