My hometown is Armstrong, which is a small town not too far from Spirit Lake/Okoboji. Now I live about an hour north of Des Moines!

I can relate. Plus add the fact I had my thyroid removed at the age of 32 and it makes weightloss an even BIGGER challenge. Just stick with it and it will slowly come off (even though that's not as fast as we would like)!

Somewhere down the road I have told him my weight but I'm not sure if he remembers them! He has never complained about my weight, even at my heaviest, and he knows that I've been trying to lose weight for years!

The places I wasn't really working to get off me! My "muffin top" doesn't seem to want to leave me know matter how hard I work out! UGH

I can see my collar bones, wedding ring is too big and my 14 yr old neighbor told his mom that I have lost weight!!
