I had gestational diabetes 3 times - it's very time consuming but so important that you're eating the proper amounts of carbs and testing your sugars regularly. A 10 minute walk after you eat can really help to bring your blood sugar down. Feel free to message me, I will help as much as I can!

You can add me if you want. :) 9 months post partum with my third (and last), breastfeeding with 45-50 pounds to lose. My excuse is I was just lazy and found lots of reasons why I couldn't work out and eat properly. I'm working with a trainer now 2-3 times a week and doing the rest at home.

I have the Powerblocks that go from 5 lbs to 70 lbs with 2.5 lb increments. They were NOT cheap but I love them.

Week 1 sucked - I could barely keep up and I've been exercising before I started T25. Week 2 my cardio has already improved a bunch and I bet next week it will be even better. Love it! I just started T25 this week but I'm planning on still doing some of their strength videos 2-3 times a week. I did one of their Epic 1000 calorie workouts last Saturday....oh man! That was nuts but I felt sooo awesome when I finished it.

It's pretty much the only thing I use right now! I just go through the night before my workout and pick something that looks fun and fits in my time frame (30-40 min) If I do an upper body strength video one day I will make sure to do more of a lower body workout the next day. I usually only do a straight cardio video once…

I'm aiming for between 148 - 155 just depending on how I feel once I get there.

I just throw in a cup of frozen fruit, or some greek yogurt and a banana some ice, or banana and a tbsp. of peanut butter, ice. I always throw in a scoop of my French Vanilla Greens First Boost for a little extra protein/nutrients/flavour etc but it's not totally necessary.

I'm on week 2 and so far I love it, I've been getting up at 5:30 am to do it which is totally unheard of for me. It's really hard but I can already feel a difference in my endurance and I've already lost a couple pounds and some inches!! Good luck :)

Within 4 or 5 years either way is fine with me, if you have chemistry age isn't really a big factor.

Being insecure is a huge turn off for me, I don't want to constantly have to reassure someone that I'm into them. I will even date you if you still live with your parents, as long as there is a really good reason, like you're working towards a goal/school etc.. :)

I would love to be outside ALL the time, unfortunately I'm a single Mom to two very young children and I can't pay a babysitter every time I want to workout. So that would be why I do videos. I take them for walks all the time but a 3 year old just can't keep up my pace, so it's more leisurely than anything.
