  • I just started MFP on January 8, 2009. I would say that as long as you get within your healthy BMI, you should be just fine.   • I generally eat about 4 hours after I get up ... but drink my coffee within two hours. I was SO not aware of any formula.   • NOT a huge "pure water" fan but I love the flavored water from Dasani .. lemon, strawberry, raspberry, grape ... so it's not so blan. However be aware of the sodium increase in flavored water. (no calories though) The flavored water works for me.
