Taxing unhealthy food thinking it will curb obesity is like thinking taxing cigarettes has curbed smoking. I can understand the premise and get behind wanting people to live a healthier lifestyle - but let's target food production first, not consumers.

I usually don't. I might start weighing myself on Sundays, but I usually avoid the scale. I don't have a good scale so its accuracy is debatable.

I found some zumba videos online and tried doing them and felt so ridiculous, lol. I even took a few months of salsa/other latin dancing classes but zumba wasn't like any of that.

I always see her DVDs at Walmart and I pass them up. I just looked her up on youtube and I like what she's doing. I might have to pick up a DVD for when it's too crummy to be outside.

I cook my eggs in the oven in a muffin tin and then put them in the fridge. Then I just have to reheat. I walk for at least 3 miles a day, 6 days a week and do pilates 6 days a week for 30 minutes. I don't have access to a gym.

I do both. I can't exercise on an empty stomach. I eat something light like a piece of fruit and then I have fage yogurt afterwards.
