30 lbs in 2 months is prob not reasonable. It would mean losing 1lb about every 2 days. Just do the best you can, eat properly and exercise and the weight will come off...just maybe not on the time table you are looking at.

I did it last year. It was my first official 5k. It was so much fun and I was really glad I did it. As some above have mentioned there were lots of walkers and even kiddos in the pack so don't worry about being last or needing to walk some (or all) of the course. I am already signed up for this May. I hope to see you all…

maybe you could pan cook them using a non stick pan, so you won't need to add any oil.

Purchase a small insulated lunch bag with an ice pack. I bring lunch/snacks every day to work this way. I have lots of cottage cheese, cut up apples, pears, bananas, and applesauce this way:)

If you can't stand the taste of black coffee but you must have some with sugar and cream each day then I don't really think it's the coffee you are adicted to. SOunds like an addiction to either the caffine or the sugar and cream you are putting in it. Perhaps it's just the habit you have formed around the drinking of…

Agree with the other posters above. As for the warm up, there is usually plenty of room to move around at the venue...just find some space and walk until you feel warm. If I don't have enough room to walk around like that a side step back and forth, aerobic hamstring curls or knee raises usually do the trick for me. Good…

I drink black coffee all day long prob 6-8 cups:) While I do like the premium brands I am also perfectly content to drink Folgers/ maxwell house *shrugs*

I think you have an answer then, if you can't commit to the time every day for the rest of your life, what can you do? Can you adjust your diet accordingly ? Can you commit to 30 mins of walking each day? The answer is a life style change.

I am a full time working mom with a young family. I workout each day on my lunch hour for 30 mins. At the beginning I wondered if that would be enough and if I should try to get more workout time into my day. Then I looked at my life...30 minutes each day is sustainable for me. I could workout for hours some days but that…

It was my first 5k and it had a great time. There was a very wide age group and it was really low pressure.

The tough mudder workout: Exercise 1 - Running Man To get yourself in peak cardio condition, you can either: 1) Get on a treadmill. Start jogging at a slow comfortable pace for the first 5 minutes, then increase the speed to a full sprint for a full minute before reducing the speed back down to a jog for a minute or two.…

I do believe they sell a spacer at most jewlery stores that can be worn inside the ring to prevent it from falling off. It might be a better choice until you get to your goal weight.

since it is new...does it need to be calibrated in some fashion? Read the owner's manual to see if there is something to do before use.

Head to your local library and see what they have there. My local library has lots to choose from and it allows me to test drive them before I decide if I want to buy them.

Same here...Speed stick works best for me:)

my best advice it to make sure you have good shoes. If you havn't replaced your shoes recently you might think about doing so. another suggestion is to slow down your speed a bit.

Maybe it's just your body telling you to rest? Don't worry about one bad run...just try again tomorrow:)

I pack my lunch/snacks for work each morning and my gym bag. The gym I use is 3 mins away from my work. I go the gym, get dressed and get ready to work out. I can fit in 3- 10 min circuts or 30-35 min of running/cardio before I head back in to the locker room for a shower. I shower, fix my hair, get dressed and head back…

Do you let them soak in the colder water after they boil? I boil them and then let the water in the pot cool for a while, I dump that water. I add new cold water to the pot and let them sit in the cold for a while. I have also noticed that the older the eggs the easier they are to peel. Fresh laid eggs tend to stick more.…
