it's two pounds a week which is at the high end of loss but doable. You'll just need to keep an eye on your milk supply which will dictate your calories. I'm gaining faster than I wanted/thought I should but I'm the same size in clothes. Started as an 8/Medium in Maternity and they are still fitting fine which makes me hopeful that the weight is being gained in the appropriate places :)

23 Weeks and up 16 lbs Last appointment the Doctor told me to try and keep it closer to 30 lbs of a weight gain. I'm like, I'm keeping it 200 calories above maintenance for the most part, exercising, etc.....at a certain point there's just nothing more that I can do so I'm not going to stress over it too much :smile:
