Catching up for Friday when I went out of town. No loss this week unfortunately but I'm pretty close to my goal weight so I tend to lose every other week. I did the C25K in them and switched up every other day to get my calves used to them.

They are my FAVORITE!!! I always get drunken noodle with duck. Drunken noodle is already in the MFP database, just add whatever meat you get with it, i.e. 1 serving Drunken Noodle, 1 serving duck breast, etc.

Just finished C25K day 2! And I did it on the treadmill since I didn't get home until after dark (C25K on a treadmill is a NEW exercise for me :)) One down!

Geez, ever think about getting on Seasonale and just not having one? Works for me and I don't have any of these issues, why should we be stuck losing weeks every month for no reason :flowerforyou:

That's why I'm glad we weigh-in on Fridays! I'm always at my lowest weight at the end of the work week :) Not sure which challenge I am going to go with (may try all three?) and see what happens! I love BINGO ... although I never win

Wee all have those weekends of calories but ending up with a deficit is the important part. Long term instead of short term :) Weekend went pretty well. I use a Mesclun mix and baby spinach as the base with pea shoots, cucumber, carrots, button mushrooms, red onion and celery. Then I usually top it with either chicken or tuna :)

Not a bad week for me, didn't lose a pound but started the C25K and 100 push-ups programs over again, this time sticking with them. Also have stopped drinking alcoholic beverages during the week so that should help as well. M - 554 T - 541 W - 370 Th- 805 F - 274 Sa - 420 Su - 1191 Total = 4155

Week 1 Day 2 done - 15 max, I think it maybe is more than that since I had a dog licking my face the whole time lol, had to leave the room. Is anyone else doing the logger on the website?

I took the days logged-in off my automatic updates to my status. Some people I think like it because it means that they are sticking with something and making sure that they log what they're doing. For other people it may be more of a Foursquare like badge :)
