Thanks, I dug up nearly my entire yard, pulled a bunch of libs and shrubs around front, cleaned out our shed, etc. My arms are so tired today!

7 weeks isn't THAT long...and 15 pounds would be so worth it! If this works and I can stay motivated then I think that cutting out coffee will be next. Although I won't move TOO fast, one day at a time :)

I replace the water with chicken or veggie stock (more flavor) and mix in spinach and sundried tomatoes, my husband loves it!

They make a resistance band that you can attach to a doorway without needing to make any permanent changes, you just put it in the door jamb and close the door. Easy peasy.

It looks lovely on you! :) Glad you had fun! I haven't seen the map from Lee get updated yet but looking forward to seeing how we're doing :)

I made this Spock a couple years ago, thinking of doing a Star Trek theme :)

I just know that is what I'll inevitably need to do so I'm trying to get used to it. Was hoping for some lightening strike of idea that would keep me from it

Oooh...nine flights of stairs a couple times a day could work The 8:30-10 at night time is when I'm doing the dog-walking/cleaning/cooking/husband time So far it's all working ok...just not quite as much working out as I'd like but I'm also afraid of having no "sitting doing nothing" time to wind down (although I could do…

I like the idea of an under the desk peddler, even if it is not a whole lot of intense cardio at least I'll be burning more than sitting still

I'd tell you but then all my friends would know what to look for in my exercise diary ;) ... and I'm friends with my Mom, may get awkward :)

Marry Barack Obama (he has some nice digs) Bang Angelina Jolie (sure why not, not my type but she's a hottie to anyone) Murder Kevin Connolly (because I only barely know who he is, less guilt) Bruce Willis Santa Claus One of the Wiggles
-
Marry Hugh Grant (dig the accent) Bang Brad Pitt (assuming neither of us is married at the time, Hugh may get jealous) Kill Gordon Ramsey (he'd probably start yelling at me in either of the other situations) Bruce Willis Santa Claus One of the Wiggles

How about a tilapia with a light panko crumb instead of deep fry and sweet potatos instead of regular potatos for the chips?

Ya'll ready to get this party started? Only two more days until we take-off! Did we ever hear back about the signature picture, someone's DH was going to design one, didn't know if he'd had the opportunity to do that or not.

Another 4 miles between the 27th and 28th ... I'm really gonna have to push it on the rowing machine this week to catch up!

Step 1 = free consultation with a divorce attorney so at least you know the rules of the game. Step 2 = After getting informed by a professional, THEN and ONLY then, you should go online and talk to people who have gone through it before you make the ultimate decision.
