I've read that to get them into the right feeding/sleeping schedule that a lot of people do that. I think (like everything) it will be what works for your schedule. I'd rather be able to breastfeed when I'm there to do it instead of him having to have a bottle because I've gone to work. I'll have time to work into that…

Had my check-up today, 31 weeks tomorrow and up 28 lbs...oh well, I'll change my goal to keep it under 40 :wink: No gain in the last two weeks though, probably because of how sick I've been...:sick:

Also try going for more calorically dense food so you get more calories without filling up as fast.

I have some resistance bands for P90X and just got a little set of 3-8lbers for once I start back up again. Really looking forward to getting back into shape before going back to work...although I'm going to try and be reasonable, it takes a lot of work and not everyone can bounce back quickly...hoping I can though!

Thanks Becky, started running a fever last night and fighting that with Tylenol. It's a bit better during the day but nighttime was rough. Barely slept last night. I really want to get things organized but since I can't carry too much weight it's hard to get it going at any kind of real speed!

Have come down with an icky chest cold, in-taking a lot of juice and Vitamin C today and trying to avoid medicine unless I can't help it although I took a Tylenol last night to help me sleep.
