I've been following LCHF since January and just kept right on with it... I increased my macros in proportion to my Insanity calorie burns, but stuck pretty much to what I've been doing... Last week I lost 4 lbs. This week won't be as much... it's time to start adding back in some carbs....

Yes! Day 12 down!!! I nailed the power jumps for the first time this morning... figured out how to get my knees up after jumping! I was doing it all wrong. Done!!!! I paused it during the 1st set of slow squats and did the full 65 needed for my squat challenge.... big mistake!!! My legs were on FIRE!! :-D Week 2 is almost down and we're still HERE!! Have a great one!!!

Good morning!! Day 10 done!!! My fitness level is definitely improving! Still not doing so well with the Level 1 Drills, but in everything else I improved over last week! :) My heart rate monitor stopped working... Day 9 done!! :) Definitely easier to complete than last week!! I still have problems with the moving push-ups... push-ups for me are HARD and I can only manage a few at a time right now. I feel great!! Ready to tackle the day!! Let's go kick some booty!! :) Have a great day!!

We did it!! I did so much better than last week, but still have a ways to go to ace it! Rest day turned in to power house cleaning day... I think I missed my Insanity!! :) I did push through the whole workout, but gave out on a few of the moves... did so much better on the Power Jumps than when I started! Proud of me…

Great job getting the first week in! Just finished up myself! Squat jumps are NOT my favorite... a mini-goal for me is to make it through the entire workout without giving up on those or the level 1 drills.... Have a great weekend!! REST DAY TOMORROW! :-D

Any other low-carbers? That peanut butter cookie recipe was spot on! I use Premier Protein Original Chocolate - affordable and not bad tasting. It's not great, but I've yet to find a super high protein drink that is. A lot of my fb friends are drinking Shakeology.... too many carbs for me (and a bit pricey). Steph

I have mine EARLY in the morning, so no blender for me :) If you melt the butter, coconut oil, and cocoa powder in the microwave and stir it in to hot coffee, it works pretty good... if you leave it sitting it'll separate a little, but (and don't judge me :)) I drink the "thicker" part off the top and add more coffee...…
