Well you've just had lots of thoughts the last few days, haven't you?

:smooched: :drinker: :drinker:

Is your picture current? There is literally no way you're a C cup; I know you said you're not a fan of bras in general, but getting correctly fitted might make you feel better (and help perkiness, even)! http://www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits/wiki/fit_guide

So many women in correctly sized bras... *wipes happy tear*

...

This is one of the worst beers I've ever had.

Ah, the good old monk diet. Some guy did actually lose weight by drinking beer and beer alone for the 40 days of Lent... however, this is not recommended for everyone. It's also of note that, like monks of yore (and today, even), the beer was unfiltered, full of more B vitamins, etc. etc. As for the dropping food in place…

You might be losing fat, but with minimal training/no eating at a surplus, you're not gaining muscle. You're most likely retaining lean body mass. If all your Ts are crossed and Is are dotted when it comes to training and diet, you'll most likely go down in clothing size even though the scale might not change as quickly.…

My thighs are sore and retaining water from my squats yesterday, and I've still somehow lost .5" off of them. Damn those heavy weights!

Oh man. Tell her to relax a little and enjoy life. Let me guess, all AP or honors classes with a need for a 4.0 GPA? Tell her to knock it off or one day she'll end up with mono and miss a whole month of senior year.

Always an inspiration

And a beard.

Ah, le gentlesir in his natural habitat. OP, have you tried tipping your fedora to her?

People once thought that finding mice in a pile of rags in the corner was proof of spontaneous generation. What you see is proof of your weight loss success is from eating at a deficit, not the unsubstantiated tips.

Hm, "rebellious." Maybe getting arrested in an act of civil disobedience over an unjust law is rebellious, or participating in a revolution under a bad government. An extra movie or stealing a race? That seems about rebellious as pouring Pepsi into your "cup for water" at Burger King. That is to say, juvenile.

Make sure she says it in literally every post, lest we forget that she's fast. I expect a mention of, "I've never been slow, but..." in the next topic looking for running advice.

Which time?

*lovingly punches in the face* 2/5. Not 11.

EVERYBODY LOOKS GOOD.

I don't see 16 at all. I see 3/11 with a bit of 8, tbh. Very shapely with sort of the lower body of 8.

I'd definitely say 5/7 cross. Good self-eyes!

Okay, going to pipe up because I'm sort of wowed now here. Achrya: I see you way more as 5ish, just slightly curvier. Not 12 at all. QuietBloom: I agree with Achrya: You're definitely 5 getting close to 7. HollyDubs: You look closer to 5!! ETA: I think I might find the 5 figure more encompassing of a certain slight level…

I don't rub butter on my hands before. (Mixed grip and tape on the bar)

You've been eating 1200 calories this week... except for the two days over 1900? By noting 1250 do you mean just setting your diary to 1250?
-
So... you've been on this site when you were younger than 18? ETA: ...Joffed.

Advertising? Perhaps her hard work that she's put into losing weight and getting herself strong, healthy and fit. What else are you trying to imply there?

This is why people preach moderation, as sometimes too much restriction leads to binges. One small cookie might not have been enough to satisfy you. You could have had a bit more and had a lighter dinner, or had a bit more and simply thrown in an extra work out... or better yet, thrown in a bit more and realized it's just…

It's not really your call what people should or shouldn't do, is it? Some might be aware their diary could triggers others and may share with a certain few, or may share with a certain few because those people are more equipped to help them. It's not like you have a public diary. Who the hell are you?
