I have a digital Thinner scale I bought for 19.99 @ Bed, Bath and Beyond over 1.5 years ago. It has always been very accurate.

I am sorry but I love that show! It is all in good humor.

I work with a girl who did this diet. She lost weight and gained it all back. She was starving all the time and miserable. Just eat less and move more and you will see good results.

 Thank you all for the advice! I looked up the schedule and plan to go the week after my vacation (we are headed to Gatlinburg next week). I am looking forward to this new challenge!

I love it when I wear "street clothes" to work versus my scrubs and hear, wow, you look great. You are so thin! It makes me want to keep working at it!

A very loveable mutt named Tori. She will be 9 next month. Her mom was a full breed boxer. Not sure what dad was. She has the boxer body shape with lots of fur. Her face reminds me of a schnauzer. She is the best dog ever!

7 or 7:30 would be good. That would give me good time to get up, eat some breakfast and go. Unfortunately, I have to be at work at 7:30. I have a 7 year old daughter too. So my mornngs are spent packing lunches, fixing breakfast and trying to get all of us out of the door. I used to run around 5 AM in the summer when it…

I had a hysterectomy in February and I can still gain anywhere from 1-5 pounds during my TOM (even though no period).

Thank you! I have a 7 year old daughter who keeps me and my husband busy. We both work full time too. :flowerforyou:

Hello! I had a c-section 7.5 years ago. I finally took control of my eating & exercise and was able to lose all my baby weight and then some. My stomach still has stretch marks but is slightly toning up. You can do it! Try to fit exercise into your day as you go on. Improve your eating habits and make good choices in what…

I injured my IT band while running, so my routine has slowed down to 5 days a week. I do elliptical (1-2x), pilates (2x), cyclin (1x), walking (2x) and weight lifting when I can fit it in. My goal is to get back up to 6 days week with 1 rest day.

I am in the same boat as you. I hurt my It band in July. No running for me either. I have been cycling, swiming, pilates, walking and weiht lifting. You must rest some too in order to heal.

I get asked this all the time at work. When do you plan to stop? I just smile and say I will stop when I am happy with where I want to be. I look at it like this, we are losing weight, not them, so our weight loss is up to us! They can just say their opinions and we can just smile. lol

5'3", 134 lbs and between a size 4-6 depending on the brand. The 6's probably fit the best. My waist is 27 inches and hips are 32 inches.

You look great! Keep up the good work!
