I had a hysterectomy in February 2012 but kept both ovaries. In June of last year and January of this year, I had cysts burst on my right ovary. l love the Chobani flavors of Strawberry, Strawberry/Banana, Banana and the Pineapple. I also enjoy the Oikos brand in Orange Creme (reminds me of a dreamsicle) and Strawberry.

I love whole natural almonds with no salt. I weigh out 1oz on my digital scale and munch away. Another favorite is greek yogurt. My favorite brands are Chobani and Oikos!

My advice would be to take time off and rest. I suffered a knee injury last July from running and still have the occassional pain. I never took time off to rest and let it heal. I learned the hard way.

I used to run, do step aerobics, ellipitcal and more until I suffered a knee injury. I now walk a good pace of 4.2 to 4.5 on the treadmill and a pace of 15:00 and under when walking outside.
