Hello everyone, your comments were very encouraging for me last month! Thanks:flowerforyou: My goal for Feb. will be to Walk at least 4 miles a day five days a week with Leslie's 4 Really Big Miles. That's 56 minutes each day. 84-miles/280-minutes for the month

66 miles completed with Leslie's 2,4,and 5 really big miles!! Not sure which one I'll finish out this month with, since I've purchase three new DVD'S I do know which ever one it's gonna be a GOOD WORK-OUT!!! Great job everyone!!! Keep walking!!

Thank you for the welcome. TeaBea & TidyTinTin, We ended up using the 5 mile today 75 minutes I made it but there was too much of the jogging and the use of the bands were to hard on my right arm (injury from curves...) so I don't think I'm ready for that one yet. @ tShields 65- I am really interested in checking that one…

Don't know if you checked out the link to Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home series (from myopus ) that's what I have used for years on and off and am now using again I found it to be the best workout for all different types of people ie age and ability. Hope you got a chance to check it out.
