  • Never heard of it, but I'm going to have to check it out. You've got me curious!
  • Sounds AMAZING!! I also love pumpkin so I am for sure going to try this one out:)
  • Way to go! I think it's incredibly nice of you to let your wife start getting some sleep now too:wink: I can relate completely to how she feels. My husband has put on 50 pounds in the past year and with that weight has come some VERY loud obnoxious snoring. So between him and my new baby, I don't get sleep anymore and it's…
  • WOW!!! What a huge inspiration you are. You look absolutely amazing and should definitely reward yourself for all your hard work. It has paid off for sure!!!
  • LOL! That's so me!! Just give me a couple drinks and I'll tell you my whole life story
  • Hey everyone! Just stopping by real quick to announce that my sweet little baby girl is here. After 36 hours of labor (and no pain medication), she came into this world on July 29th. She was 8lbs 1 oz. 20 1/2 inches and just absolutely beautiful!!! Her name is Charli Addison and we absolutely LOVE HER!!!! She's been a very…
  • Carrots and cabbage??? interesting! I have 2 kids already and have never EVER had a good experience breast feeding. My son was probably 3 or 4 months old before things started going smooth and I completely gave up with my daughter after 3 weeks because my nipples were sucked off.... seriously!! ( I did however still feed…
  • HAHA... making your own toast CAN be pretty stressful for some men  My husband and I both have HORRIBLE dirty mouths! I'm pretty sure neither one of us could go a day without swearing even if someone paid us too!!!. I have a 7 and 5 year old and have tried to watch my mouth so many times, but when I get upset or am…
  • Yay! Hopefully they keep coming and you'll be holding your precious LO soon!!!
  • I'm sorry to hear about your Grandpa! Sounds like your baby knows what's best right now and hopefully you can heal. I worked with hospice patients and as hard as it is to see them go, I always felt at peace knowing that they aren't in pain and suffering anymore but know how much it hurts for the family to lose those…
  • BAHAHAHAHA!!! I have to laugh at my ticker. That is EXACTLY what I'm feeling today!!
  • Good morning ladies! So, for everyone experiencing heartburn and realizing that tums does absolutely nothing, my brother in law went and bought me some Pepcid Complete tablets a couple weeks ago that have been amazing! I was totally craving some good real Mexican food a couple weeks ago but was sad that I wouldn't be able…
  • Haha! That's a good one!! I've had some crazy dreams my whole pregnancy. But my favorite would have to be me dreaming about smoking weed in my dad's jeep with my dad.... First of all, I don't ever smoke weed (even when not pregnant  ) and my dad is VERY religious in the mormon church and anyone who knows about that,…
  • I'm starting to feel the same! This has definitely been my hardest pregnancy when it comes to pain and how uncomfortable I am. For a week straight now I will feel intense contractions that last 5-7 hours but are anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes apart... Definitely nothing I'm going to run to the hospital about but it makes it…
  • I have never noticed the loss of my plug... so I'm guessing it happened sometime around labor or I'm just a very non-observant person! I believe it's one of those things that differs from person to person as to when and how it happens. So don't feel too bad that you haven't seen anything! Maybe your baby just knows to hold…
  • I'm feeling very sorry for myself today! I was just looking at pictures of a bunch of my friends on FB who were at our annual lake trip (which I did not attend this year). Most of my girlfriends there have had kids and recently too. I also had one friend there who was about 18 weeks prego and looked AMAZING. All of them…
  • Congrats Brittony!!!! I can't wait to see pictures :flowerforyou:
  • CONGRATS!!! :flowerforyou:
  • Good luck! Can't wait to hear how everything went :flowerforyou:
  • Sorry I never respond much. But I do get on here everyday and enjoy reading everyone's posts!!!! I just made the big move last week from Utah to West Virginia and it has been very HOT AND HUMID!. I've also been spotting off and on for a week and ended up in the Hospital last Wednesday. I was told to take it easy and the…
  • Oh geez! I get soo annoyed by people like that!. Sounds like she's full of it though, otherwise I would think the doctors would be slightly concerned. I was having contractions steadily at 34 weeks with my son and they stopped my labor and put me on complete bed rest..... But I just think how sad it is for people like that…
  • We have a pregnancy group right now you should come join! They are awesome for support and any questions. Just search Pregnancy 2011 - April. I don't know the exact address right off my head.. sorry
  • I am soo behind on life! Even just reading up on the posts I'm way behind. I must say, I have been completely EXHAUSTED! I am just looking forward to the 2nd trimester here in another week and hoping my energy levels increase. This past weekend my hubby and the kids and I decided to just rent movies all day. I fell asleep…
  • I would have to be 5'9". I barely made it to 5'4" ...... I am from a family of tall people though so if I wouldn't have been so stubborn growing up thinking that I had to do everything MY way and rebel, and just had them teach me how to grow like they all did, maybe I wouldn't have this problem.  …
  • ALWAYS! I have been low on oxygen since about 2 months along. I find that working out, I'm ok, I just have to take it a little easier. But, walking up stairs for some reason, makes me SOOO out of breath. But a while ago I read that the reason is because you need more oxygen during pregnancy, and your body adapts to this…
  • I think I had a little PPD after my 2nd was born. I was at my parents house for Christmas when she was a week old and my (now ex) husband had left me there and went and did... whatever he used to do when he left me, which was very normal, but I couldn't stop crying. I cried for 2 days straight over that situation. After…
  • Wow! I had a lot of catching up to do!! Looks like a lot of newcomers too, WELCOME! I have been SO exhausted and nauseous lately and decided to take a few days off to relax with my family before the kids go back to school again today. I didn't gain any weight this past week, which is nice, but I am feeling very fluffy…
  • I say keep it and break it up into small portions and freeze it. You can use it on cheat days, or days where you don't have the time to cook and just throw it on some lettuce or bread. I always feel guilty when I waste food!
