I like my treadmill because I live in an extremely hilly area, have bad lungs (cold air can cause and asthma attack) and the biggest reason is that I hate the idea of anyone seeing me run. I run slow and I'm still obese and I just don't want anyone to see me!

I'm a Maritimer too! I'm from Halifax County, living in New Brunswick, but currently dog/house sitting near New Glasgow :D I don't have any tips for you though :( I still eat supper as the biggest meal of the day, I just eat less the rest of the day to help make up for it.

I wanted to reach 200lbs by New Years, depending on the scale I step on, I'm between 207 and 214 right now. My scale is the highest of FIVE scales I have been on, at 213.8 last weigh in. I'd like to lose those 14lbs if possible, or get as close as I can before then!

I'm house/dog sitting for my in laws right now, and their fridge has very very little it in. Some cheese, a tiny amount of meat, eggs, veggies/fruit and milk. That's it! Helps to cut down on snacks when you have to work to make anything!

I'm a spoon, though I do actually have large calves, so I don't fit the description perfectly. I'm not 100% sure I have a shelf, but since I gain weight in my lower abdomen faster than my butt and thighs I picked that one.

I don't really wear a lot of makeup, but I never really learned how to wear it (my mom didn't wear it) so I don't put it on that often. I don't feel beautiful with it or without it, but I might if I knew how to put it on properly! haha

0.73 - 36 inch waist, 49 inch hips, but I do hold a lot of lower belly fat, just not nearly as much near my waist. There are no pictures of me at this weight, because I haven't let anyone take any that aren't just my face in a long time :S

Hmm, I would look up the specific area of pain, I know that general behind the kneecap pain can be from weak hips (so you can strengthen them to help) and I know for my own issue, pain on the outside of the knee, it is caused by taking too long of strides, so I take quicker, shorter strides and it helps. I finished today!!!! I didn't run 5k because I ran the program too slow, but I finished Week 9 today, and when I get back from a trip, I'm going to start over and run faster this time. I still don't feel like a runner, but hopefully the next time through the program will get me feeling more like it. I am so proud of myself…

My scale doesn't change because once it weighs you, it won't show you a different number unless it has been a few hours or if you weigh like 5lbs different.

It isn't how I'm really shaped, but I'd love to look like Beyonce! haha. I love hourglass/slightly pear figures. I am slightly pear/thyroid (big all over) shaped with a defined waist, but when I get thinner my boobs go away :(
