I LOVE mayo!! The light versions just didn't taste right to me, but I am loving the Hellman's/Best Foods Canola mayo. Only 40 cal/tbsp. I don't feel like I'm compromising the taste I love.

I'm with the others - find another gym. I belong to a BASIC gym (no classes, no pool, really just free weights and machines.) I pay $31/mo (paid up front for one year).

<< I walk my almost 5-year-old pit bull about 2.25 miles/day. I have my activity level set at Sendentary, as I have a desk job. My girl has a pretty good clip, so I use my HRM and log the calories burned. Your dogs are gorgeous, BTW.

Yep, like the previous posters said - I log all of my individual strength training exercises in the strength training section, then use my HRM to record the time and calories burned under the cardio section. Good luck! :smile:
