All of the suggestions are good. Also see if you are avoiding something else in your life or don't want to do something, sometimes that behavior leads us to look at food as comfort.

You would have to take these things all the time from what I understood. If you stop them the fat cells will expand again. I don't know if it's really going to work. Controlling calories and exercise is the secret to getting there and staying there

I know what that means too as I hit under 200 last week for the first time in 20 years. I have never seen the 190's since I was pregnant 20 years ago.
