  • I think it depends on the kind of fast food. Taco bell and pizza is my weakness. Just make sure you can keep on track calorie-wise and try to control the carbs/ sodium since that seems to be the part of fast food that kills you.

  • I find that I'm hungrier on days that I eat breakfast. Try starting your day with a Special K bar. That should help start your metabolism and jumpstart some cravings for later in the day :)
