For me, weighting myself varies on how often I work out. I (try to) work out daily so there are a lot of times I will weight myself after working out to see if any progress has been made. I'm about 12 lbs. from my end of year goal, so anywhere from 5-7 lbs. would be a plus. I also want to log EVERYDAY and EVERYTHING I eat or drink! No cutting myself slack. Lastly, I want to do my routine 45 minute workout six days a week throughout the month. It's not going to be easy but I'm keeping a positive attitude!
