I need to loose as much as I can. It has been a little over a year since I had my daughter, but I still can't stand up straight and see my toes. 10 pounds sounds soo good right now!!! Add me if you like.

If I break a sweat, yes! If I am sittimg down wiping a table, no. I think it counts as long as you are really moving around a lot. I also play music and dance around when i am cleaning..you know..multi tasking. Whatever it takes, right?:laugh:

I have a home office, so I am sitting a lot, but I also have my 1 year old home with me. The office is right off of the kitchen, so it's hard not to get tempted.

I hate to exercise. It's not fun, and I don't like being sore afterwards. I try to make it fun. I play Wii fit, but not as often as I should. I think I have a hard time exercising because I do it by myself. I wish i had some one else to workout with. That may make it easier.

It is a great workout. The first time I did it, I was soo sore the next day. That's how you know it was good. You don't have to take a class, find an empty room at home, then put on some sexy music and just go with it. Don't be embarassed!! The more you get into it, the easier it gets. I am new as well. As in day two new. I have never done this before and I welcome all the help I can get. I am going to visit friends in Florida in April, and would love to be a little less embarassed at the beach....
