Several people I know have tried it. It started at my wifes work they lost alot of weight fast, now a few months later they all weigh more now than when they started after spending all that money and starving themselves. To top it off they were all health professionals nurses etc. who should know better. Too each their own.

I always try to stay under my calories as a buffer just in case my math or information on calorie amounts is off. That way I don't go over unknowingly on a consistant basis.

I do intervals at 1% incline. 1 1/2 mins at 2.5 mph then 30 secs at 7.5 -8 mph. I do this for 20 mins. For a warmup I do 30 mins of eliptical high intensity 80-90% hr. to finish off I do 15 mins incline bike.

I'm in Alberta Canada but I use to go down to El Centro for a month every year for work. Oh and China Lake.

On cardio mornings I start at 6 am. I have a large glass of water, porridge with skim milk or an oikos yogurt and a banana along with 5 grams of Glutamine. I do 65 mins of cardio 30 ellipticle HI, 20 mins interval running and 15 mins incline bike this is 4 days a week. When I finish I have a glass of chocolate milk (skim)…

I have sweet teeth I try to fight off the urge and if that doesn't work I will go buy something sweet and have a piece. I find if I have it in the house I don't want it. I lost my dad in 2000 and my mom in November 2011. I've lost many friends to a number of reasons but my parents passing leaves a kind of empty feeling.....and I'm 49.

I like them all 20ish or 50ish (years old) and size don't matter. I think of the 3 B's. Bikes, Boobs, Beer you guess which order....it's never the same.

I do so I know what to eat throughout the day so I can have the planned dinner. My breakfast has little variation as well as my snacks. Lunch may be leftovers which is rare as I try to make meals that are small enough that there are only 3 -4 portions in them. Will a 20 year old oil field worker its easy.

I have an 01 Gold wing which weighs just under 900 lbs and a Harley sportster around 500 lbs put me on either add close to 300 more. it takes more muscle power on the gold wing especially on windy days so I can see it burning quite a few calories.
