I view 8 cups a day = 8 8 fl oz glasses per day. I have a water jug I fill and refill throughout the day that's 72 fl oz total. I'm getting anywhere between 72-100 fl oz in a day. It's awesome! Of course, that means I frequently use the restroom, but it's better than sitting around doing nothing!

So guys actually think a woman covered in sweat is sexy? Go to a Zumba class and press your noses up against the glass windows. We are ALWAYS covered in sweat haha. I don't think I've ever sweat through two shirts and a pair of yoga pants before. Seriously, drenched!

http://www.zumbacalories.com/ I've been using this to calculate my calories for Zumba. I find that all the people and websites who say 300-500 are inaccurate do to our own body types.
